When I made the decision to get hearing aids, I came to Sandia Hearing Aids and had the good fortune to have Dale Roberts
for my hearing specialist. He is knowledgeable, his explanations are always clear, and he is very patient. He furnishes my needs for batteries and sound tubes. I visited my daughter in Washington DC recently and her cat got one of my aids and chewed off the end of the sound tube. I had to go without my aids until I returned. I came to Dale for the repair, and he asked me why I hadn’t called him so he could mail me a new tube. Your People are great!  Since I have been coming here to Sandia Hearing I have learned so much….
You have taught me to brush my hearing aids in the morning when the ear wax is hard and with a tooth brush…
